Quranic Verses Proved Correct By Science 





Since many of these descriptions are corroborated through science along with technological advances, that are seen to be prophetic in nature. In this blog, we'll look at certain Quranic prophesies that modern research, technology & study have shown to be accurate.


1. The Universe Was Created

The Quran contains various passages that explain how the universe was created. The Quran also mentions the universe's constant expansion, something contemporary science just realised in the past century.

2. Life's beginning

The Quran has various verses that explain the beginning of life. The passage in Quran Al-Anbiya that stands from the most is verse 30, which reads, "We made every living thing out of water." This stanza describes the reality that waters are the source of all life on Earth. The 

3. Tide & Oceans

The oceans and tides are mentioned in various passages of the Quran. Verses 19 and 20 of Quran Ar-Rahman, which reads, "He has let free the two seas (of water) coming together," is one of the most famous verses. There is a wall between them that they do not cross. Which of our Lord's favours would we then reject? This stanza explains the scientific reality that that oceans surface includes two kinds if liquid—one salt & other that is new—and how both of these kinds of liquid cannot combine. The thermocline, a barrier that separates the two types of water, is also mentioned in the verse.

4.  Sun's Orbit 

Throughout multiple chapters of the Quran, the Sun's orbit is described. The Surah Yasin verse 38, which reads: "And the sun runs [on course] until her ending point," is one for the most noteworthy verses. That's what the Exalted in Might, the Knowing, decided. This poetry describes the reality that the Sun had established defined journey through cosmos and is in motion. The Earth's rotation on its axis, which was just discovered by contemporary science in the last few centuries, is also mentioned in the Quran.


5. Determining gender

Throughout a number of verses, the Quran discusses gender determination. Quranic Surah  An-Najm, verses 45–46, which reads: "That He did create in pairs, male & female, from one seed once lodged (in its location)," constitutes one among the most famous verses. This stanza explains the scientific truth that DNA  eggs oocytes sperm work together to decide female as well as all that  are required for the conception for a new life.


6. The Universe Is Expanding:

The universe's expansion, which physicists did not understand until the early 20th century, is also mentioned in the Quran. We created the heavens with strength and expertise, according to the Quranic verse (51:47). We are (its) expander, in fact. According to this scripture, the cosmos is expanding and was made in a fashion that permits its expansion.


7. The Water Cycle:

The water cycle, which was not comprehended by scientists until the 16th century, is mentioned in the Quran. Based on   the statement within Quran (23:18), "And We send down from the sky water in measure and We give it lodging in the earth, and lo! We are Able to withdraw it." This stanza explains the evaporation, condensation, and precipitation processes that are necessary for the water cycle to take place.

9. The Development of the Embryo:

Quran also goes into great depth about the process of conception, noting how a developing baby develops in the womb.The stages of embryonic development, which were unknown to scientists until the 20th century, are explained throughout great length in the Quran. "Then We placed him as a drop in a place of rest, firmly fixed; Then We transformed the drop into a leech-like structure; at last You transformed the leech-like structure into a chewed-like substance," says the Quranic verse (23:13–14). The production of the fertilised egg, implant of the embryo in the uterus, and the growth of the foetus are all described in this stanza as the initial phases of embryonic development.


10.Mountain Ranges as Pegs:

The Himalayas are referred in the Quran as "pegs," a fact that was unknown to science until the 20th century. "Have We not made the earth as a bed, and the mountains as pegs?" asks the Quranic verse (78:6-7). In order to keep the outermost layer of the planet against moving & generating quakes, mountains act as stabilisers, according to this scripture. The crust is held in place by the mountains, which function as pegs.

  1. Ma-sha-Allah! Very nicely explained. The most important thing is that these verses of The Holy Quran were revealed super-naturally to Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.), who himself was illterate and didn't even know how to write his own name! That's the real miracle!!!
